Quality Control
QA/QC Introduction
We carry out a strict quality control system since the establishment of our company. Quality control is a process employed to ensure a certain level of quality in our product or service. It includes whatever actions a business deems necessary to provide for the control and verification of certain characteristics of our product or service. The basic goal of quality control is to ensure that the products, services, or processes provided meet specific requirements and are dependable, satisfactory, and fiscally sound.Essentially, quality control involves the examination of a product, service, or process for certain minimum levels of quality. Procedures/testing Details of our company are following:
1) Raw and packaging materials QC
2) In-process QC
3) Semi-finished product QC
4) Finished-product QC
5) Check before delivery
If a problem is identified, the job of a quality control team or professional may involve stopping production temporarily. Depending on the particular service or product, as well as the type of problem identified, production or implementation may not cease entirely.
Quality control can cover not just products, services, and processes, but also people. Employees are an important part of the company. Our company has employeed that have adequate skills or training, have understanding directions, or are informed.

Test Equipment and Facilities
Name:High-performance liquid chromatography
Description:High-performance liquid chromatography (or High pressure liquid chromatography, HPLC) is a form of column chromatography used frequently in biochemistry and analytical chemistry to separate, identify, and quantify compounds. HPLC utilizes a column that holds chromatographic packing material (stationary phase), a pump that moves the mobile phase(s) through the column, and a detector that shows the retention times of the molecules. Retention time varies depending on the interactions between the stationary phase, the molecules being analyzed, and the solvent(s) used. Note: It is important to read the introductory page about thin layer chromatography before you continue with this one - particularly the part about how thin layer chromatography works. High performance liquid chromatography works on the same basic principle. HPLC is essentially an adaptation of column chromatography - so it might be a good idea to have a (very quick) look at that as well.
