Product Name: Tylosin Phosphate Premix

Ingredient: Tylosin phosphate pure product10%, relevant carrier

Characters: yellow to brown powder and granular

Pharmacological properties: The spectrum of action effects the majority of Gram-positive and some of Gram-negative bacteria. The antibiotic is resorbed fast enough and reaches the maximum concentration in one hour after administration for swine. Tylosin is removed from animal body by urine and biliary secretion.

Indication: macrolides antibiotic feed additive for mycoplasma disease and respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry as well as promoting animal growth.

Content: Per 100g content 10g of tylosin

Dosage and Administration: Commix with feeding stuff. Content 320 to 640 g in the feeding stuff for swine, content 250 to 500 g in the feeding stuff for chook.

Adverse reactions: There is no standard yet.

Pecautions: It is not recommended to administer this preparation in the period of hen laying.

Pause: Five days for swine and chook.

Storage: In light-proof, cool, dried place.

Expiry term: 2 years
